Erhan Karaca

Erhan Karaca serves as the Vice President of Engineering at VEIR since December 2023, after a tenure as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Last Energy from March to December 2023. Previously, Karaca held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Malta Inc, where significant achievements included defining company strategy for Malta Pumped Heat Energy Storage products and negotiating technology development contracts exceeding $45 million. Earlier in career, Karaca was a Director of Hardware Systems and Senior Engineer for Customer Application Engineering at GE Power, contributing to market growth and product strategy, as well as leading multi-functional teams. Karaca began professional journey at Hatch as Systems Design Coordinator. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
