Tawni Berschauer

Tawni Berschauer is a seasoned professional in customer experience and service excellence, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Velocity Global since November 2017, where oversight includes a team of 25. Previously, Tawni held roles such as Director of Service Excellence, leading a 28-member team to enhance service for strategic customers, and Director of Client Experience and Delivery, managing 42 individuals to implement a new client support model. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Manager of Client Experience and Delivery, Client Account Lead, Global Accounts Manager, and Global Accounts Associate, which collectively encompass extensive client management and international service delivery expertise. Tawni's earlier experience includes an internship with the International Rescue Committee, and educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Studies from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
