Ashish Rana has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Ashish is currently working as a Principal Solution Architect Lead at Velosio, where they lead a project team and provides mentorship and support for project/product issues. Prior to that, they worked at EY as an Advisory partner, leading the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Business Apps team and building competency in this area. Ashish also worked as a Technology Strategist and Founder at Priare, focusing on leveraging Dynamics 365 for digital transformation.

In addition, Ashish has held various roles in different organizations, including being an Ambassador at 365 Saturday, a Trainer for Dynamics 365 CRM, and a Solution Architect and Presales Lead at Thinkmax. Ashish also worked as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect at Hitachi Solutions America, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Consultant at VOX ISM, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Presales Manager - EMEA at Levtech Consulting, and a Microsoft CRM Consultant - APAC at Winspire Solutions.

Ashish Rana completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Shri Ram College of Engineering & Management in 2011. Ashish then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Symbiosis International University, graduating in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including those related to Dynamics 365 and customer service. In 2022, they obtained the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification.
