Sarah Novakovich is the COO of Venbrook Claims Services, LLC. Sarah has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. Sarah began their career as a claims examiner with Midlands Injury Management in 2009. Sarah then worked as a claims examiner with McLarens from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Sarah was promoted to TPA Operations Manager with McLarens. Sarah held this position until they joined Venbrook Group in 2019.
