Xiaolei Fu

Xiaolei Fu is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as an Actuarial Manager at Venerable since October 2022. Previously, Xiaolei held the position of Associate Actuary (Manager) at Pacific Life from July 2015 to January 2023, working extensively in VA Rho Hedging Strategy, Fund Risk Analysis, Data Analytics, VA Delta Hedging, and FIA Hedging. Prior experience includes a role as a Quantitative Risk Analyst at Pacific Life from July 2013 to May 2015 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Kinsell Newcomb Investment Bank in 2012. Xiaolei Fu holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from Shandong University, along with additional finance-related education from Peking University and Zhejiang University.
