Ray Kessler

Ray Kessler has extensive experience in emergency management and fire services, currently serving as the Executive Director of Emergency Management - Security at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since August 2018. Prior to this role, Ray Kessler was an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in the Fire and Emergency Services Program at the College of Southern Nevada from August 2011 to May 2022, and held the position of Deputy Fire Chief at Las Vegas Fire & Rescue from January 2017 to August 2018. Ray Kessler also served as Assistant Fire Chief for the City of North Las Vegas from September 1993 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Fire Services Administration from the College of Southern Nevada.
