Prior to this role, Kim spent nearly 20 years at Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc., where responsibilities included managing the wellness program for employees and spouses across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Earlier experience includes working as a Claims Representative at Mutual of Omaha, ensuring the accuracy of medical claims, and as an Assistant Manager at Hy Vee, focusing on cash management and customer relations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Buena Vista University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Iowa Western Community College.
