Tyler Stamm, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager for The Toro Company, overseeing international operations and the Ventrac division since January 2024. Previously, Tyler held various HR leadership roles within Ventrac and Hendrickson, focusing on effective human resource planning, employee relations, training and development, and talent acquisition. Tyler demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions across multiple manufacturing facilities, leading change initiatives, and implementing strategic programs in response to evolving industry challenges. With a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Tyler combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience in the HR field.
