Lukas Kapl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lukas began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Microsoft in 2012 before moving on to Betway Ltd as a Customer Service Host in 2014. In 2015, Kapl joined Air France as a Customer Service Agent and then transitioned to IKEA Group in 2016, where they worked as an IT Analyst until 2018. In the same year, they joined Google as a Process Specialist before taking on the role of HR Lead Specialist at Teva Pharmaceuticals. From 2020 to 2022, Kapl worked at Digitoo.cz as a Technical Support Specialist and later as a Technical Support Manager. Currently, they are employed at Ventrata as a Technical Support Manager.
Lukas Kapl attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Corporate Economics and Management. Lukas did not obtain a degree during this time but focused on their field of study. Lukas later acquired additional certifications in "Collective leadership" and "Understanding your customers" from The Open University in November 2022.

It can be integrated with existing tools in the organization such as CRM, accounting systems, and others. It enables users to track web pages andtransportation of the tickets and It provides dashboards to track sales of the tickets.
