Kevin Drumm has a strong background in space systems engineering and management. Kevin has held several roles at SpaceX, including Manager of RF Systems and Lead RF Systems Engineer. During their time at SpaceX, they managed a team responsible for the Dragon spacecraft RF system design, requirements scope, hardware definition, RF link analysis, and integrated system testing. Kevin also served as Communications Coordinator in charge of real-time TDRS coordination and ISS proximity link performance assessments for Dragon missions to the International Space Station. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Oceanit and as a Communication Systems Consultant at Pacific Space Systems. Starting in 2022, Kevin will work as a Sr. Avionics Engineer at Venturi Astrolab, Inc. Kevin has a Masters of Engineering in Space Systems from the University of Michigan. Kevin also served as a Project Manager at High Altitude Solutions during their time as a student. Finally, they gained experience as an Avionics Intern at Space Exploration Technologies.

Kevin Drumm attended Lincolnway East from 2002 to 2006, and while there, they did not focus on achieving a degree or major in any specific field of study. Kevin then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010.
