Martin Eger Larsen

Martin Eger Larsen is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at Veo Technologies since January 2025. Previous positions include Global Compliance Manager at Pandora from March 2022 to January 2025, and a decade at FLSmidth where Martin held multiple roles, including Human Rights Officer and Group Compliance & Export Control Officer. Martin began their career as a Project Coordinator at UI Hvidovre and completed an internship at Nortelco Electronics. Academically, Martin holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from both DTU - Technical University of Denmark and Griffith University, alongside an HTX from Selandia - CEU Slagelse.
