Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Veran Performance since April 2021, Oliver previously held roles at Marex Spectron as an HRIS and MI Analyst, and at Macfarlanes as an HR Operations Manager, where significant improvements were made to data-driven operational functions. Oliver has a strong background in developing HR processes, implementing HRIS platforms, and enhancing service delivery at firms such as Leigh Day, where effective practices solidified support amidst growth. A co-founder of Martlet & Crown, Oliver has also provided interim HR consulting and specialized in global HR functions at Acision.
