Verendus
Arvid Janssen is an experienced GIS and Geo consultant with a diverse background in various roles and organizations. Currently working at Circet Nederland since May 2021, Arvid specializes in GIS/Geo consultancy and sales through GeoExperts. Previous positions include serving as a Senior Consultant at IX Renewables and a GIS/Python Developer at Dewitec, where Arvid developed a QGIS plugin for compensation schemes related to cable and pipeline relocations. Additional roles have included GIS Specialist at Geodan for the Province of Utrecht, Software Developer at Stellwagen Coaching, and positions at Brunel focused on Python/GIS development for the Ministry of Defence and Rijkswaterstaat. Arvid's career started as a GIS advisor at CSO Adviesbureau, following a Master's degree in Physical Geography from Utrecht University and earlier studies at the University of Amsterdam.
