Marisa Lascher

Marisa Lascher is an experienced HR and talent management professional, currently serving as the Head of People for Global Technology and Data Analytics at Verisk. Prior to this role, Marisa held significant positions at AQR Capital Management as a Senior HR Business Partner focused on Talent Strategies, and was a Principal at Business Consulting. Marisa's career also includes key leadership roles at Barclays, where responsibilities included Vice President of Equities COO and Assistant Vice President of the US Global Markets Program, as well as a background in capital markets at Lehman Brothers. Marisa holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Emory University and is an alumnus of Stanford University.
