Manuel Castro

Manuel Castro is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in hardware and consumer experience. Currently serving as the Lead Hardware Product Manager at Verkada since November 2023, Manuel previously held roles as Senior Hardware Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Artera, where focus was on enhancing patient engagement through innovative communication solutions. Prior experience includes significant positions at Sonos, Inc., encompassing senior management in consumer experience and product data. Additionally, Manuel has hands-on engineering experience from a stint at Pentelute Laboratory and has contributed to research at the Device Research Laboratory at MIT. Educational accomplishments include a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by earlier education at Alvin High School and Alvin Community College.
