Mariella Lota is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience across multiple companies in the technology sector. Currently, Mariella leads all technical recruiting efforts for the Growth team at Verkada, having joined in November 2022. Prior to this, Mariella was instrumental at Mux in expanding the talent acquisition team, successfully growing the company from 50 to over 200 employees. At Rigetti Computing, Mariella managed all recruitment activities, significantly contributing to the hiring of over 50 roles in various engineering and non-tech domains.
