Greg Birch

Greg Birch, MBA, CAMS has a diverse background in threat intelligence analysis and cybersecurity. Greg currently serves as the Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst/Section Lead at Veros Technologies, LLC, a position they have held since February 2019. Prior to this role, Birch worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Threat Intelligence Analyst from October 2014 to February 2019. Greg also held similar positions at PiccoTek Inc. from January 2012 to October 2014 and at SAIC from February 2011 to January 2012. Birch began their career in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst from April 2009 to February 2011 and as a Cryptologic Linguist from March 2005 to April 2009. With their extensive experience in threat intelligence analysis and cybersecurity, Birch brings a strong foundation in protecting organizations from cyber threats.

Greg earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Tech between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Intelligence Studies from the American Public University System from 2008 to 2014. In 2005 to 2008, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they received an Associate degree in Communications and Technology. In addition, they also obtained an Associate degree in Korean Studies from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in 2005 and 2006.

Greg Birch also holds additional certifications. Greg obtained the Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from ACAMS in 2017. Greg has also completed a course on Cryptocurrency from the MIT Media Lab, year currently unknown.
