Bryan Vos is a seasoned executive recruiting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at Versique Search & Consulting since November 2024, Bryan emphasizes the value of individuals beyond their resumes. Prior to this role, Bryan spent over a decade at U.S. Bank, where responsibilities included leading executive recruiting efforts for the Vice Chair organization as both Senior Manager and Vice President. Bryan's expertise in talent acquisition is complemented by prior positions at SkyWater Search Partners and MCKINLEY FINANCE, focusing on the accounting and finance sectors for Fortune 500 and emerging companies. Bryan began a recruitment career at Minneapolis Business College after earning a BA in Communications from St. Cloud State University.
