Andreea Valeria Tomescu

Andreea Valeria Tomescu currently serves as the Data Scientist Team Lead and has held positions as a Senior and Data Scientist at Vertiv since November 2020. Prior to this, Andreea was a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from October 2018 to January 2023, contributing to courses in Distributed Systems and Web Applications Development. Andreea's research experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Distributed Systems Research Laboratory, focusing on Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics, as well as an Image Processing Software Engineer position at Bosch Engineering GmbH. Andreea's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
