Margherita Bonetti

Margherita Bonetti has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Margherita is currently employed at Vertiv as the Technical L&D Program Manager and Operation lead EMEA. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager for Learning and Organization Development in the same company. Margherita also served as the Head of Professional Masters at Bologna Business School - Università di Bologna and as the Head of International Full-Time Masters in the same institution. Before joining the Bologna Business School, they were the EMEA ACADEMY Training Coordinator at Vertiv. Margherita has also worked as an HR Consultant at KPMG Italy, specializing in human resources. Margherita gained experience in organization and HR M&A while working at Coesia S.p.A., and started their career as an intern in HR Service at GE. Margherita also had a previous role as a swimming school instructor at CSI Bologna.

Margherita Bonetti completed a Master's degree in Organization and Human Resources at Bologna Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea magistrale giurisprudenza (equivalent to a Master's degree in Law) with a specialization in Labour Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2015. Margherita'searlier education includes a Diploma liceo classico from Liceo Classico M. Minghetti, which they completed between 2002 and 2007.
