Matthew Sedore

Matthew Sedore currently serves as the Director of M&A at Vertiv, where achievements include winning the 2024 CEO Outstanding Achievement Award. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at ExxonMobil from June 2017 to May 2023, including Senior Manager in FP&A - Modeling and multiple finance advisor roles focused on upstream acquisitions and divestments, exploration, and investor relations. Matthew's career began at Epic from June 2012 to July 2015 as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant. Matthew holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Investments from the University of Notre Dame and a BSBA in Managerial Finance from East Carolina University.
