Gerard Fleck

Gerard Fleck has extensive experience in training and development across various industries, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Vestas America Wind Technology since June 2008, where responsibilities include conducting needs analysis and designing training for multiple departments. Prior to this, Gerard worked as a Training Specialist at ON Semiconductor, managing training functions for a sizable manufacturing workforce and continuously improving diverse training methods. At LSI Logic, Gerard supervised a new hire training program and implemented a Learning Management System, while also leading team-building sessions and coordinating equipment operator certification training. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Instructor at the University of Colorado, where Gerard developed and taught professional development courses tailored for adult learners in government agencies. Gerard holds an MA in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Colorado Denver, a BA in English from the University of Colorado Boulder, and an Associate's degree in Humanities from SUNY Westchester Community College.
