Kasper Primdal Lauritzen

Kasper Primdal Lauritzen is a Machine Learning Engineer at Vestas since February 2024, with a robust background in data science. Prior to this, Kasper held positions at DFDS from March 2019 to February 2024, progressing from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist, where responsibilities included building predictive models and providing access to business stakeholders. Kasper's earlier experience at Danske Bank from October 2017 to February 2019 involved developing customer behavior models and optimizing loan product processes while collaborating with stakeholders. As a PhD student at Københavns Universitet from September 2014 to September 2017, Kasper researched the dynamics of metallic nano-junctions utilizing simulations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in NanoScience from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, along with additional coursework at UC Santa Barbara.
