Nuno Cunha currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Vetropack Holding since September 2018 and has extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries. Prior roles include HR Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Cabot Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed HR management for over 1400 employees across 20 locations. Nuno was instrumental in developing an HR KPI Dashboard to enhance team performance and align with business needs. Previous experience includes HR leadership roles at Valspar, Huntsman, Sapa Profiler AB, and Raytheon, demonstrating a strong focus on strategic HR solutions, talent development, and organizational growth. Nuno began a career in HR as a Senior HR Specialist at Volkswagen Autoeuropa, following a Licentiate degree in Sociology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, alongside pursuing a Master’s degree in European Societies and Politics from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.

Vetropack Holding SA is a Switzerland-based holding company engaged in the manufacture of glass packaging for the food and beverage industry. The Group offers such services as the design, production and delivery of tailor-made glass, as well as consulting and support services in the area of packaging analysis, bottling, conditioning, closure technology, decorative refinement and labeling. The Vetropack Group operates seven production sites and 16 melting furnaces with a total aggregate production capacity of more than 4, 000 tons per day. The Company operates collection centers at its production site in order for used glass to be brought in for recycling. The Company is active domestically and abroad, including: Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Ukraine.
