Vanessa Abaya is an accomplished fundraising executive with extensive experience in philanthropy and development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Philanthropy & Campaign at VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, Vanessa has held various leadership roles in prominent institutions including Ocean Wise, BC Children's Hospital Foundation, and the University of Toronto. Notably, during an impactful tenure at BC Children's Hospital Foundation, Vanessa secured over $20 million for the hospital's initiatives.
