Shannon Jefferies

Shannon Jefferies is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and human resources, currently serving as a Senior People Partner at VGW since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon held positions as a People Operations Business Partner at TSA Group - Australia and as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at The University of Western Australia. Shannon’s extensive experience also includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR Officer at St John of God Health Care, as well as HR/Payroll Officer at Cameco and HR Administrator at CITIC Pacific Mining Management Pty Ltd. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Site Administrator at Australian Contract Mining. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Curtin University, a Certificate 4 in Business Administration from TAFE NSW, and completed Year 12 at Eastern Goldfields Senior High School.
