Niamh McCrystal is a UX Researcher at Vhi since March 2023, with a diverse background in research and event management. Niamh holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations with Event Management from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, a Certificate in Safety and Health at Work from University College Dublin, and a B.A. in Humanities from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
