Niamh McCrystal is a UX Researcher at Vhi since March 2023, with a diverse background in research and event management. Prior experience includes serving as Research Manager at SoolNua for a brief period in late 2022, and holding multiple roles at Guinness Storehouse from November 2015 to July 2022, including Event Sales & Marketing Manager and Event Manager. Niamh worked as Conference Research Manager at Conference Partners and as Senior Sales Executive at Aviva Stadium from early 2010 to early 2015. Earlier career positions include Executive Assistant & Conference and Events Coordinator at University College Dublin and Project Manager at Ovation Global DMC. Niamh holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations with Event Management from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, a Certificate in Safety and Health at Work from University College Dublin, and a B.A. in Humanities from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
