Nathan Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management, lease negotiation, and legal advisory roles within the retail property sector. Currently serving as the Key Accounts Manager - Majors at Vicinity Centres since January 2015, Nathan oversees relationships with national tenants and manages lease administration for a vast retail portfolio. Previous positions include a Paralegal at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, handling property and infrastructure matters, and roles at Stockwell Development Group and Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on lease administration and contract management. Nathan holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor of Laws, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Science at Deakin University.
