Alex Blatchford has extensive work experience in the technology and IT service management field. They started their career as an IT Support Agent at Monmouthshire County Council in 2005. In 2006, they joined Logica as a Service Desk Technical Analyst, and later became a Project Manager. In 2012, Alex Blatchford moved to Public Health Wales as an IT Service Desk Manager and worked there until 2018. Since 2018, they have been with Victim Support, first as a Service Desk Manager, then as a Technology Services Manager, and currently as the Head of Technology Services.
