Cristina Kiciman

Cristina Kiciman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Marking & Coding Businesses at PQI and Veralto since October 2023, and previously held the same title for the Product Identification Platform at Danaher Corporation since June 2020. Cristina has also been with Videojet since August 2009, initially as Assistant General Counsel and later assuming the role of Senior Litigation Counsel for Product Identification Businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel in Commercial and Employment for Danaher Corporation and working as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Vedder Price and Jenkens & Gilchrist, where Cristina handled a range of litigation matters. Cristina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
