Heini Karjala

Heini Karjala is an Energy and Wellbeing Specialist at Vincit since July 2022, following the merger with Bilot, where Heini held the same title from September 2016 to June 2022. In this role, Heini focuses on enhancing wellbeing and energizing the workplace to facilitate personal growth. Prior to this, Heini worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Bilot, a company specializing in software and growth, and previously gained extensive managerial experience in retail as a Shop Manager at VILA CLOTHES, BESTSELLER, and Vero Moda/Jack & Jones from 2004 to 2012.
