Filiep Spinnewyn

Filiep Spinnewyn is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vinçotte since May 2016, Filiep previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Swissport Belgium N.V. from May 2010 to April 2016. Prior to that, Filiep worked at Belgian Post Group in various roles, including HR&O Director and Director of HR Business Partner, focusing on HR governance and strategic transformation. Filiep's earlier experience includes leadership positions in HR at SPIE Belgium, Carrefour, and GIB Group, complemented by a strong educational background with degrees from KU Leuven and EHSAL Brussels.
