Johanna Rutberg currently serves as General Counsel at Vinge since September 2024. Prior to this role, Johanna held the position of SVP, Group General Counsel at Serneke from February 2022 to September 2024, contributing to one of Sweden's largest construction groups listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Johanna also participated in Leaders Alliance from August 2018 to August 2023 and chaired the GSMA Trade Sanctions group from July 2019 to February 2022, focusing on global telecommunications compliance. Previous experience includes Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel at Telia from December 2014 to February 2022, managing significant investigations and compliance matters. Johanna’s legal career began at Vattenfall and Advokatfirman Vinge KB, with early roles in litigation, M&A, and law clerkship. Educational qualifications include a Jur. kand. from Stockholm University and training in International Nuclear Law.
