Renate McClung Wagner

Renate (Ren) McClung Wagner serves as the Director of Attorney Initiatives & Communications at Vinson & Elkins, a position held since September 2012 that follows a progression of roles within the firm including Director of Internal Communications, Senior Manager of Internal Communications, and Director of Talent Communications. Prior to this, Ren McClung Wagner was the Director of Marketing at alliantgroup from 2011 to November 2012, where responsibilities included brand positioning and online marketing strategy. Earlier career experiences include roles as Global Marketing Communications Manager at Vinson & Elkins from 2003 to 2011, Graphics Manager at the Allied Pilots Association from 1994 to 2003, Owner Principal at Fine Line Graphics & Design from 1990 to 1994, and Art Director at Suburban Publishers from 1987 to 1989. Ren McClung Wagner holds a BA in Communication/Journalism/Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
