Fiona Jose

Fiona Jose has a diverse work experience in the field of analytics and consulting. Fiona began their career as an Analyst at Ernst & Young, where they worked with leading players from the Automobile, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical Industries. During their time at Ernst & Young, Fiona conducted Credit Control and Accounts Receivable reviews for a Life Sciences Company and assisted a leading Automobile company in dealer audit and management.

Fiona then moved on to Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Analyst in Analytics Consulting for Financial Services. In this role, Fiona developed a customer segmentation model for a Bank's retail banking portfolio and identified reasons for declining Mortgage growth in the Business Banking portfolio. Fiona also conducted Logistic Regression analysis to identify valuable customers for the bank based on spending patterns and shopping behavior. Additionally, Fiona independently worked on reconciling differences in data sources to build a comprehensive customer book for the Personal Banking portfolio.

After their time at Accenture, Fiona joined PwC as an Experienced Associate and later as a Senior Associate. At PwC, they gained experience in various areas of consulting, contributing to projects and engagements for clients.

Following their tenure at PwC, Fiona joined InterMiles (Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd) as a Manager in Advanced Analytics. In this role, they played a key role in leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and strategy.

Most recently, Fiona worked at Tata Digital as a Lead Program Manager - Analytics, where they utilized their expertise to manage and oversee analytics programs.

Fiona's latest role is at Vio.com (Formerly FindHotel) as a Product Analytics professional, where they are currently involved in product analytics.

Between 2011 and 2013, Fiona pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.

Fiona previously studied at St. Stephen's College, Delhi from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree with a focus on Economics.
