Job Title: Program Associate (Data Products)

Reporting to: Program Manager (Data Products)

Location: Hybrid working environment (Remote and Paddington, London)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

The Program Associate(Data Products) is a key subject-matter-expert who supports and helps the Program Manager (Data Products) oversee operational day-to-day activities and operational roll-out of new products, specific to the area of Data Products. The Program Associate (Data Products) acts as a point of contact between Data Products, and other departments at VIOOH and clients. 

What you'll be working on

  • Support the Program Manager (Data Products) as a key point of contact and expertise for the operations of Data Products.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations for specific data product tracks, including troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of data products and processes between Data Products, Data Engineering, Commercial and Support.
  • Help the Program Manager (Data Products) to support the operational relationship with our data technology partners, which includes sharing updates on day-to-day activities and upcoming deployments and escalating challenges when necessary.
  • Working with the Program Manager (Data Products) and Product Managers (Data Products), execute and oversee the operational aspects of release processes (e.g. building test cases for QA teams, build and execute rollout plan, coordinating documentation, internal education and outbound comms) for new features and upgrades.
  • Gather feedback from sessions with clients, document and communicate it to Data Product Managers for consideration for future roadmaps
  • Contribute to maintaining and enriching our product documentation
    • Write documentation describing the functional specifications of our data products, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
    • Maintaining process documentation up-to-date.
    • Maintaining status documentation up-to-date. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to produce impactful collaterals for new Data Product features
  • Support the Program Manager (Data Products) and Product Managers (Data Products)in educating, communicating, and raising the internal profile of data products across the organisation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Help with the creation, analysis and sharing of internal metrics and status reports that measure product success. 

What we want from you

  • Natural curiosity and aptitude for learning, discovering and becoming an expert on complex products and features and fully understanding tech topics inside and out.
  • Logical thinker, with excellent analytical skills and real passion for solving customer challenges. Experience of prior troubleshooting is required. 
  • Great aptitude for summarising information and producing internal and external documentation
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong team spirit 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and proven ease in switching between topics
  • Comfortable with manipulating and analysing data: advanced proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SQL required
  • Prior experience working within AdTech is a big plus
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
