Kamal Patel

Kamal Patel is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Head of International Finance at Virgin Atlantic since January 2006. In this role, Kamal leads International Finance operations across North America, the Caribbean, and various global locations, fostering collaboration across multiple finance teams. Prior positions include Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner, where Kamal managed a budget exceeding £1.5 billion, as well as Financial Controller roles focusing on Corporate and Customer Experience functions. Earlier career experiences include positions at Ofcom, Colt Telecom Group Plc, Irish Express Cargo Logistics Ltd, and BOC & John Menzies Cargo Services Ltd. Kamal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from City St George’s, University of London.
