Steve Hamblin is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in leading technical teams and projects within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Virgin Galactic, Steve oversees the Mechanical Systems team for new spaceship designs. Previous roles include Principal Engineer, where responsibilities involved enhancing aerospace vehicle systems and leading product engineering as Vice President at CarbonCapture Inc. Steve founded Titan Aeroservices, providing consulting in aerospace quality and aircraft certification. A robust career includes significant leadership positions at Virgin Galactic, Vickers Aircraft Company, ICON Aircraft, GE Aviation, Cub Crafters, Cessna Aircraft Company, and SCP Global Technologies. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology.
