Suril Shah

Suril Shah, P.E., DBIA, possesses extensive experience in project management and alternative project delivery within the transportation sector, notably with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager, Shah is responsible for the development and procurement of Design-Build contracts for transportation projects across Virginia, while also contributing to the formulation of policies and procedures for VDOT's Design Build program. Prior roles include Assistant Program Manager and Associate Engineer in VDOT's Virginia Mega Projects, where Shah supported various public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives and managed consultant teams for project delivery. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering focusing on Infrastructure Development Strategies and Public Private Partnerships from Virginia Tech, complemented by a B.Tech (Hons.) in Civil-Construction from CEPT University.
