Srivatsan Padmanabhan is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in teaching and clinical practice. Currently serving as Teaching Faculty and Hospitalist at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health since July 2013, Srivatsan Padmanabhan also holds the position of Principal Investigator for the PREVENT-HD study. Since July 2021, Srivatsan Padmanabhan has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at Washington State University. Previous experience includes a residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center, focusing on Internal Medicine, and a post-doctoral fellowship at UMass Medical School, concentrating on molecular mechanisms of oncogenic transformation in acute myeloid leukemia. Srivatsan Padmanabhan earned a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from UMass Chan Medical School and an MBBS from Madras Medical College.
