Katariina Korpela

Katariina Korpela is currently the Customer Support Team Lead at Virta Ltd, where Katariina serves as a Process Development Manager and Team Leader. Previously, Katariina has held positions such as Process Development Manager, Senior Support Specialist, and Customer Support Specialist at various companies. Katariina also has experience as a Tourism Marketing Intern at Visit Jyväskylä. Katariina is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Informatics at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, following their previous degrees in Hospitality Management and International Tourism.
