Tien Pham

Tien Pham is a skilled Product Designer at Virta Ltd since February 2022, responsible for Fleet and EMP's products. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Designer at EcoTruck from June 2020 to February 2022, where Tien focused on enhancing operational tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting user research. Tien co-founded Vibami Finland Oy from August 2018 to October 2021, establishing the company’s vision and managing digital marketing strategies. Previously, Tien worked as a Senior Marketing Specialist at Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance Inc. and as a Marketing Specialist at Unilever. Tien holds a Master’s Degree in Global Innovation Management specializing in Service Design from Turku School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University. Currently, Tien is pursuing certification in User Experience and Interaction Design from The Interaction Design Foundation.
