Next, they joined Discovery Education UK as a Customer Success Manager, providing support to schools and managing renewals. Currently, they are working at TalkTalk as a Sales Support Executive, where they process leads, provides support to Sales Account Directors and Managers, and oversees the planning of the Sales Support Administrator function.
