Zach Vance

Zach Vance is an experienced professional with a diverse background in partnerships, business development, and operations. Currently serving as the VP of Partnerships at Virtuous and co-owner of Wicked HI Cafe, Vance previously held leadership positions at Podium, Klarna, and Infusionsoft, where responsibilities included enhancing growth strategies and managing partnerships. As the founder of Trepplan Consulting, Vance focused on accelerating company growth through go-to-market strategies and operational improvements. Vance's military experience as a Green Beret Detachment Commander in the Army Special Forces demonstrates strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Vance holds an MBA in International Business and a BA in Political Science and Government from Azusa Pacific University.
