Oleksii Kharchenko

Oleksii Kharchenko is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Training Developer at Virtuozzo since March 2022, Oleksii is responsible for preparing lesson plans, creating educational materials, and leading training classes. As Learning and Development Manager at APECS since August 2019, Oleksii has built a comprehensive training system, conducted numerous onboarding programs, and developed various training resources, including electronic courses. Previously, Oleksii held similar roles at STV group and Vodafone Ukraine, where responsibilities included employee development, training program creation, and technical training for specialists. Oleksii started as a University Lecturer at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences from the same institution, along with a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the National Aerospace University.
