Mark Flynn

Mark Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark most recently served as a Board Member at The BOMA Project, where they focused on addressing severe poverty in the drylands of sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to this, they worked at Virtus Investment Partners as the EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and previously as the EVP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Mark also held executive positions at iBasis, Inc. as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and at Imagistics International as the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Mark has also worked as a Director at Stamford Theatre Works and as a Partner at Wiggin & Dana. In addition, they have past experience as a Senior Deputy General Counsel at Olin Corp. and as an EVP General Counsel at ServiceMaster Diversified Health Services. Mark began their professional career as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

Mark Flynn attended Parsippany Hills High School from 1969 to 1971. Mark then went on to study at Fordham University from 1972 to 1976, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Mark further pursued their education at Fordham University School of Law from 1976 to 1980 and earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law.
