Joel Mendes Cortes

Joel Mendes Cortes has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Project Manager at Visabeira Global SGPS, SA since November 2017. Previously, Joel held the position of Gestor de redes at TVCABO Moçambique from February 2019 to July 2022 and worked as Gestor operacional at Grupo Visabeira from November 2017 to February 2019, focusing on telecommunications projects. Early in the career, Joel gained practical experience as an Estagiário at Mecalbi in 2014. Educationally, Joel holds a Licentiate degree in Engenharia Electrotécnica e das Telecomunicações from Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, with further studies at Bialystok University of Technology and a specialization in the field of electrotechnics and electrical installations.
