Paddy Dore

Paddy Dore is an experienced professional currently serving as Agile Delivery Lead at VisibleThread since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading value-driven delivery within the Engineering team and collaborating with stakeholders to define project deliverables. Prior to this, Paddy held several key roles at Rocksteady Technology Ltd from June 2011 to January 2021, including Chief Operating Officer, where contributions were made to operational, organizational, marketing, and financial decisions, and as Senior Project Manager overseeing software development and customer success operations. Earlier career experiences include co-founding Irish Tide Ltd. as Technical Director, working as a Driller at Priority Drilling Ltd., and serving as Assistant Production Engineer at Duggan Steel Group. Paddy holds an MSc in Business & Entrepreneurship and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University Dublin.
