Jill P. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the home care industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Visiting Aid since June 2019. In this role, Jill P. leads cross-functional teams to enhance software architecture, healthcare compliance, and customer acquisition strategies while implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies and client satisfaction. Prior to Visiting Aid, Jill P. held various leadership positions, including President and Co-Founder, where responsibilities included the development of an interoperable practice management suite for home care providers and the integration of EVV technology. Jill P. also has a rich background in human resources and compliance from previous roles as Director of Human Resources, Chief Compliance Officer, and Administrator at Home Care Agencies, as well as operational management at a Home Care Agency. Jill P. earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Liberty University and an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Blake Business School.
