Jennifer Skeen

Jennifer Skeen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in eCommerce and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Ecommerce at Visual Comfort & Co. since February 2024, Jennifer's prior roles include Independent Consultant, SVP of Omnichannel & Marketing at Sun & Ski Sports, and Sr. Director of eCommerce Merchandising at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Jennifer has a proven track record of driving significant sales growth and transforming organizational cultures to focus on omnichannel customer experiences. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Texas Lutheran University, Jennifer is furthering education with an MBA program at the same institution, expected to conclude in December 2025.
